The Luma Logic light system is the most advanced LED light system on the market for broiler and layer raising. The Luma Logic cost efficient lighting was developed to save energy and stimulate bird growth in poultry houses. The Luma Logic LED light bulb contains two separate colors, blue and green for broiler birds, white and red for layers. Each light bulb can work for a minimum of 50000 hours per color and each can be dimmed from 0 to 100%.

Unlike other lighting systems the Luma Logic LED lighting system was designed to supply birds with the necessary light using the proper light spectrum. Tests have shown that during the first 10 days of the broiler raising period green light at the right spectrum stimulates growth, and in the following period the blue light spectrum has proven more effective for stimulating growth.

The use of a mixture of green and blue colors has shown a significant increase in growth along with lower mortality.
 

The Luma Logic LED lighting system consists of three parts. The power supply, light strings and the light fixtures. Each light string contains four light fixtures. A total of two strings can be connected to one power supply for a total of 8 light fixtures. Add as many power supplies as needed.

The Luma Logic LED light fixture comes in two models. The broiler fixture uses blue and green colors; and the layer fixture uses white and red colors. The system uses a wireless dimmer controller to simultaneously dim each color individually or together. Each color can be dimmed to a different setting. The lighting system can be connected to your main control unit by use of a dual 0-10 volt output. The light fixtures are 100% water proof and come with a 5 year guarantee.

The Luma Logic LED bulb is designed to cover a 16 square meter area from a height of 3 meters.

The P01 power supply is connected to a 220 Volt power supply with a power output of 48 volts. It is connects to 2 light strings, each string has 4 light fixtures for a total of 8 light fixtures per power supply, while each fixture contains two 7 Watt light bulbs.

The Luma Logic P01 power supply and light fixtures are 100% water proof and don’t need to be removed during house cleaning.
Use the Luma Logic DIM 5 wireless dimmer to dim each color separately from 0 – 100%.

It is possible to connect the Luma Logic DIM 5 to a central controller with a 0 to 10 volt output for programmed light dimming programs.

Dual color LED light system for layer raising

The Luma Logic LED light system for layer houses consist of a red white LED light bulb while each color can be dimmed separately to give the most effective light for the whole growing period.

The light bulb can give light for up to a 4 tier cage with a 4 meter length between each light bulb.
